These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern the Luxe Real Estate Services, DBA Luxe Network (“Luxe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)
text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Luxe, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

Program Description

The Program provides SMS/text messages that may include appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, customer support, and marketing,
educational, and informational messages related to Luxe Network offerings for real estate professionals.

Opt-In / Consent

You may opt in to the Program by submitting your phone number through our website forms, landing pages, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms,
booking tools, or other sign-up methods where you are presented with the option to receive texts.

By opting in, you authorize Luxe to send you recurring SMS/text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation
message and we will stop sending you messages.
